Transcripts

Transcripts are issued by the University Registrar upon written request of the student. A Request For Transcript form is available at the Registrar's Office, A226. There is no charge for a transcript to be sent. 

Copies of transcripts from other universities will not be sent.  They must be requested by the student direct from the original issuing institution. For more information, click here.
