Welcome Week

August 23rd - September 1st, 2008

Welcome Week is Creighton's official welcome to all new students during the fall semester.  Each year Creighton physically moves in students living on campus, while providing programs for the entire new student class and their families.  Our hope is that you will truly experience the spirit of Creighton in our students, faculty, staff, alums, and current parents.

Throughout the week, our programs will introduce new students to Creighton's wholistic approach to education - focusing on the mind, body, and spirit.  Our programs are geared to help new students adjust to college life at Creighton and the Omaha community.  Past programs have included Ratio Studiorium Meetings, the President's Picnic, religious services, Call to Community, community service, The Event, Lip Sync contest, Matriculation Ceremony/Dean's Welcomes, Jay Jam, and many more!
