Congratulations to Carolyn Pfeifer, Creighton's Student Employee of the year 2008
Carolyn is a senior Nursing student working in the School of Medicine's Office of Medical Education. Her supervisor is Dr. William Jeffries.

In four years working with us she has never failed to show up when expected...........indeed, her adherence to her scheduled hours is greater than 98%. She's even managed excellent attendance after beginning her hectic clinical rotation schedule during her senior year in the Nursing program."
"Carolyn's health science expertise has proved invaluable as we set up equipment for medical physiology laboratory sessions for the second year medical students. Carolyn not only helped set up the equipment, she also volunteered as the test subject in dry runs for the instructors. She was so familiar with the theory and practice of the labs that on one occasion she taught the lab to medical students for two hours when a faculty instructor was called away- and was an excellent instructor"
