Application Process and Forms
The Creighton University Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) requires a Protocol Application for Animal Use to be submitted and approved to perform research to use animals in research or teaching. All personnel working on an animal protocol must complete IACUC Basic Certification, and the Principal Investigator must complete IACUC Investigator Certification before submitting an IACUC protocol.
