Academic Transcripts
Beginning on April 23, 2008 transcript requests for currently enrolled students will be held until grades for ALL students are received and degrees are conferred. The Registrar's Office ANTICIPATES transcripts will begin to be released on approximately the week of May 12, 2008.
There is no charge for transcripts.
CURRENT STUDENTS
You can request your academic transcript online. Through your N.E.S.T. Account you can request an official transcript by simply logging in and accessing the Student Records Menu.
Students who have professional documents that need to accompany transcript requests (AMCAS, PharmCAS, AACOMAS, LSAC, CASPA, AADSAS, etc.) will need to either, 1. fax their signed written request to the Registrar or, 2. stop in the office and fill out a request form.
ALUMNI
All requests for academic transcripts must be in writing and signed by the student.
Creighton Alumni have four options for requesting transcripts:
1. If you have an Active N.E.S.T. Account you can request an official transcript. Simply log into your N.E.ST account and access the Student Records Menu.
2. You may stop in the office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to fill out a request form or send your written request to:Office of the Registrar

Omaha, NE 68178Written requests should include your name, including previous names, social security number, date of birth, approximate dates of attendance, phone number, the name and address to where your transcripts are going, and your signature.
3. You may send your signed written request by fax to 402-280-2527. Please include your address and phone number. If your request is received during normal business hours, your request will be processed with the current day's mail and normally mailed within 5-7 days. Transcripts MAY NOT be ordered via phone or e-mail.
4. You can PRINT OUT the transcript request form, SIGN, and fax or mail to the Office of the Registrar.
Transcripts can not be released if all financial obligations to the University have not been satisfied.
