FACHEX

FACHEX for Incoming Students

Scholarships in the FACHEX Program are made on a competitive basis. In order to be eligible for a scholarship, the student's parent institution must submit the necessary certification to the Registrar's Office at Creighton University in the fall semester prior to the student's attendance. The Application for admission should be completed as soon as possible, but no later than February 1 to be considered for a FACHEX Award, all applicants must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA should be on file at Creighton by March 1. All completed admissions will be reviewed and students will be selected on the basis of their academic record and extra curricular activities.
Creighton will begin notifying students by approximately March 15 if they have been selected for the full-tuition scholarship award. These students will have until April 1 to accept the award.
If after April 1 Creighton has not filled all the allocated awards, the remaining applicants will be considered again and notified by April 15.
Creighton expects to award annually approximately 5-10 full-tuition scholarships in the FACHEX program.
