Safety and Technical Standards

Full acceptance into the School of Nursing is conditional upon receipt and approval of the "Safety & Technical Standards" (S&T Standards) form.

  • The S&T Standards form is sent to applicants with the letter informing them of conditional academic acceptance and is to be returned within fourteen (14) days.

  • If the "Safety & Technical Standards" form is approved, the applicant is granted full admission. If there are any concerns about the "S&T Standards" form, a follow-up letter will be sent addressing the issues raised by the form and the status of the conditional admission into the School of Nursing.

  • Any requests for accommodations will be evaluated to determine the adequacy of the supporting documentation and the reasonableness of the requested accommodation.
