Researchers in the Creighton University School of Medicine Departments of Biomedical Sciences, Medical Microbiology & Immunology and Pharmacology are making discoveries in the areas of bacterial resistance, cancer, hearing loss, and conditions that effect bone growth and bone loss. They are also increasing knowledge of the interaction of drugs, toxins and other substances with living systems.
CU School of Medicine faculty and staff have access to genomics, proteomics, flow cytometry, morphology, and confocal microscopy research Core Facilities which help facilitate collaboration and exchange of ideas by bringing together investigators with converging avenues of research.
