FALL 2008 APPLICATION TIME LINE



May 15, 2008



Deadline to withdraw Fall 2008 acceptance in order to receive a deposit refund.

 

July 15, 2008

 

Deadline to submit final credentials needed for Fall 2008 matriculation to the Office of Medical Admissions:

  • Transcript(s) stating “Degree Earned” to the Office of Medical Admissions.
  • Background Check

 

FALL 2009 APPLICATION TIME LINE



June 1, 2008



All applicants are able to complete and submit the AMCAS application.

Note:  The Office of Medical Admissions reviews applications on a rolling admissions procedure.  Due to this fact students are encouraged to complete the application process as early as possible.

 

August 1, 2008

 

Early Decision Applicants:

AMCAS application deadline.

 

August 1, 2008

 

Early Decision Applicants:

Deadline for transcript(s) to be submitted to AMCAS.

 

September 1, 2008

 

Early Decision Applicants:

Deadline for submission of the following application credentials to the Creighton University Office of Medical Admissions:

  • Supplemental Application
  • Application Fee
  • Letters of Recommendation
  • Photograph

 

September 5, 2008

 

Early Decision Applicants:

Interviews begin.

 

September 12, 2008

 

Regular Cycle Applicants:

Interviews begin.  Interviews continue through March, 2009.

 

October 1, 2008

 

Early Decision Applicants:

Applicants notified of admissions decision.

 

October 15, 2008

 

Regular Cycle Applicants:

Applicants begin to receive notifications of admission decisions.  Notifications will be released until the class is full.

 

November 1, 2008

 

AMCAS Application Deadline.

ROLLING ADMISSIONS



The Office of Medical Admissions reviews applications on a rolling admissions procedure (applications are reviewed as they become complete).  Due to this fact we encourage all applicants to complete the AMCAS and Supplementary application procedures as early as possible.
