Sonnino's Photos Published in Journey to Authenticity: Voices of Chief Residents
Journey to Authenticity: Voices of Chief Residents, published by the Accreditation Council on Graduate Medical Education, is a 127-page, four-color, hardcover book of interviews with 20 chief residents.
In this book, these remarkable young doctors candidly discuss why they chose a career in medicine, what drew them to their specialties, and how they grew and changed during the years of their residencies.
The text is complemented by a series of four-color photographs taken by Roberta E. Sonnino, M.D., FACS, FAAP, Associate Dean for Academic and Faculty Affairs, Creighton School of Medicine. These photographs show the residents as they go about their rounds, treat patients, and teach junior residents.
