This study is a genetic study for siblings with Parkinson’s disease.

A Randomized, Double-blind, Active (Pramipexole 0.5 mg tid) and Placebo Controlled, Efficacy Study of Pramipexole, given 0.5 mg and 0.75 mg bid over a 12-Week Treatment Phase in Early Parkinson’s Disease Patients. (PramiBID)

This study is for recently diagnosed subjects with Parkinson’s disease comparing Pramipexole in various doses or placebo taken twice daily or three times daily to determine if it is effective given only twice daily.

A Multicenter, Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-Controlled, 5-Arm, Parallel Group Trial to Assess Rotigotine Transdermal System Dose Response in Subjects with Advanced-Stage Parkinson’s Disease

This is a study of various doses of the Rotigotine patch in subjects with Parkinson’s disease who experience 2.5 hours /day in the “off” state.

A Multi-center, Double-Blind, Randomized Start, Placebo-Controlled, Parallel-Group Study to Assess Rasagiline as a Disease Modifying Therapy in Early Parkinson’s Disease Subjects,   Protocol: TVP-1012/500 (ADAGIO) 

This study is comparing different doses of rasagiline versus placebo to determine if this drug slows down the progression of Parkinson’s disease.

This study is to determine the long-term effectiveness and safety of this drug in subjects with Parkinson’s disease who experience wearing off of the effectiveness of their Levodopa.

This study is following the long term progression of Parkinson’s disease in study subjects who previously participated in the PRECEPT study.

This study is testing the effectiveness and safety of the study drug E2007 in subjects with Parkinson’s disease who experience wearing off of their Levodopa.
