Long Term Disability (LTD)
Benefit-eligible employees working a minimum of 20 hours per week are eligible for long term disability insurance.
Elibility begins on the the first day of the month following employment date.
The monthly income benefit is 66 2/3% of basic monthly earnings in effect on the day of total disability, based on a maximum annual salary of $293,700.00 and in no event will the Monthly Income Benefit be more than $16,300. Please refer to the summary plan description for your class to determine the elimination period before benefits would begin following a disability.
