LearnIT Policy
The LearnIT Lab will schedule and host Microsoft Office classes on a quarterly calendar. We will register a total of 15 for each class. Ten for the class and five on the wait list.
If you do not make the 15 open registration spots, you can check the calendar for other classes. If you are on the wait list, you will be notified when an opening occurs. The only wait lists we will maintain are the extra 5 for each class. If you do not get in, you will need to register again the next time the class is offered. If there is a large enrollment for any one class, we will take that into consideration when doing the classes for the next quarter.
Classes with less than five people registered will be cancelled. Other sessions may be offered in the time slot.
Please check the prerequisites for each class. It is important to the other students that you meet the minimum requirements.
If you are CU faculty or staff and cannot attend, please notify us immediately. This allows someone on the wait list to attend. If you do not show up for the class and have not given us two days notice, your department fund and organization will be charged $50.
If you are CU family, you will pay $25 in order to take one of the classes. If you cannot attend the class, you must let us know at least two weeks in advance in order to get a refund for the $25.
