Office 2007 Request Form:

Thank you for your interest in upgrading to Office 2007. Please note that by requesting Office 2007 you agree to the following:

Requestor agrees to provide a Creighton owned PC that meets the minimum requirements (if you are unsure, the Service Desk will verify).
Requestor will attend "First Look at Office 2007" training (please note that Office will be upgraded while you are at training)
Requestor believes that all programs that are required for her/his job are compatible with Office 2007. If requestor discovers that a program is not compatible with Office 2007, requestor will notify the Service Desk.
The Service Desk will give a "best effort" attempt at resolving issues with Office 2007. If the issue is a new issue, it might take longer than normal for the Service Desk to find a resolution. In some cases the resolution might involve rolling back to Office 2003 or reloading Windows.

Note: If you use Microsoft Access, you may not be able to upgrade to Microsoft Office 2007 at this time due to compatibility issues with Microsoft Access 2007 and databases created in Microsoft Access 2003.
