Customer Service and Support provides a single point of contact to DoIT services for CU faculty and staff. The Service Desk assists faculty and staff with computing questions and problems as well as escalating unresolved problems to appropriate DoIT staff.

If you have a problem, we suggest you contact the Service Desk to begin the trouble shooting process. Often we can resolve issues over the phone. If your issue cannot be resolved by phone, the support person will offer to escalate your issue to a work order, a request for a second level technician to work on a specific problem with a specific computer. If you are for any reason unable to follow the above procedure, you can also use our online form available at pcwork.creighton.edu.
If you experience a large outage with the network or a business critical application after hours, please contact 280-1111 option 4. Some applications are supported 24/7, others 14/7 and some only 8/5. If your application is not supported after hours, an incident report will be created for the morning shift.
