Project Management
Whether you want to start a new project, request changes to a project, or approve a completed project, managing your project couldn't be easy with the Creative Services' Proof Approval Form. Every project proof sent to our clients is accompanied by one of our Proof Approval Forms. Simply check the appropriate box, if the project is OK or needs changes, note any necessary changes on the form, then sign and date the form. You may then either fax the form back to us at (402) 280-5127, or send it to us through Campus Mail.
