BLUE is Creighton's implementation of Microsoft's Active Directory technology. An Active Directory is a domain which is essentially like a community. You can access information and services if you are a member of the community or domain.

With one login ID and password pair, you can gain access to a host of IT services that use the BLUE domain for authentication.
