- Dr. David Gardiner (B.A. University of St. Thomas; M.A. Penn State University; Ph.D. Loyola University). Former director of the Summer School in Ireland, Gardiner is an associate professor of English at Creighton. His Irish research interests include the W.B. Yeats, Spenser, the Irish Renaissance, the Northern Irish Troubles, and Irish poetry.
