Fox 42 News Interviews Creighton Students about Trip to China
On Saturday, June 14, Fox 42 News (Omaha, NE) aired a story about the Creighton students' trip to China. The interviews focus on the earthquake donations brought over to China and relief effort the students took part in.

On Tuesday, May 20, 2008, over 3,000 first aid supplies in addition to $2,200 in monetary donations was handed over to China’s Soong Ching-ling Foundation in Beijing by 19 students and faculty from Creighton University (Omaha, NE) and St. Mary’s College (Notre Dame, IN). The Soong Ching-ling Foundation, China’s number 1 NGO, held a formal "Creighton University and St. Mary's College May 12 Earthquake Donation Ceremony” presided by Tang Wensheng (唐闻生), President of the Soong Ching-ling Foundation. On behalf of the Soong Ching-ling Foundation, President Tang presented Honorable Certificates to Creighton University and St. Mary’s College respectfully for our timely China relief effort.
