Refund Policy
A full refund, minus a $25 processing fee, will be made if the cancellation is received by May 9th, 2008. A $75 cancellation fee will be retained between May 10th and May 30th. Other than in the case of personal emergency, no refunds can be made after May 30th, 2008. Telephone cancellations will be accepted, but must be confirmed in writing. Substitutions in attendee may be made at anytime.
