Kristina M. DeNeve, Director of Cardoner

Hometown:  Moline, Illinois, part of the Quad Cities

Favorite aspect of Cardoner:  Going to the various events and retreats and programs and growing in my own vocation and seeing others grow in their vocations!

For Fun:  Racquetball, fine dining, visiting family and friends, traveling, taking on new adventures

Reason I work at Cardoner:  Perfectly applies my interests, skills, and callings related to the integration of psychology and theology

Definition of vocation:  God’s particular and unique call to you and your lived response regarding your truest self, your relationships, and your work.

Favorite quote:  Look to this day!  For it is life, the very life of life.  In its brief course lie all the varieties and realities of your existence:  The bliss of growth, the glory of action, the splendor of beauty;  For yesterday is already a dream and tomorrow is only a vision.  But, today well lived, makes every yesterday a dream of happiness and every tomorrow a vision of hope.  Look well therefore to this day!”  From the Sanskrit
