This is a very exciting time for all of us at Creighton law school. With the stated University goal of the Rev. John P. Schlegel, S.J., Creighton president, to be a nationally recognized School of Law, now is the time to take advantage of our current momentum and make the leap into the top tier of national law schools.
Both individually and collectively, our alumni influence the decisions of prospective students and the opinions of our peers and other key individuals regarding the reputation of Creighton law school. You are a member of an influential group impacting the legal, business, government and nonprofit sectors.
The School of Law has educated aspiring attorneys in legal theory, practice and ethics for more than 100 years. Our motto is “educating for service and justice” and our goal is to produce attorneys who not only care for clients' needs, but also recognize their own over-arching duty to the profession and society at large.
The Creighton School of Law admits approximately 150 students each year. For this year's entering class, we had nearly 1,300 applications- more than 9 applications for each seat in the class.
