2007 Reunion Weekend Highlights
School of Pharmacy and Health Professions alumni returned home to the Creighton campus the weekend of Oct. 5 and 6 for Destination Creighton: Reunion Weekend 2007 activities. Included in the weekend activities were continuing education, the annual reunion weekend dinner, a family outing to the zoo and class parties for the classes of 1957, 1962, 1967, 1972, 1977, 1982, 1987 and 2002.
Reunion Weekend 2007 kicked off on Friday, Oct. 5, with members of the class of 1957 being honored as this year’s Golden Jays. Later that evening, the School of Pharmacy and Health Professions Alumni Reception and dinner hosted over 250 guests at the Hilton Omaha. Dr. J. Chris Bradberry, the dean of the School of Medicine welcomed alumni and friends back to Omaha. Sharon E. O’Connor, BA’88, PharmD.’93, received the 2007 Alumni Merit Award at the dinner.
On Saturday, School of Pharmacy and Health Professions alumni spent the day at the Henry Doorly Zoo with their families. Later that evening, individual class reunion gatherings were held at various locations throughout Omaha.
