ID Card Requirements
Creighton IDs are issued to the following groups only. Departments may request exceptions my emailing the request to Card Services or completing the form in the "Request an ID" section of this website.
Eligibility
Only persons eligible will be issued a Creighton ID:
- A student currently enrolled in a class
- Current faculty member
- Permanent, fulltime employee
Only the first ID is provided at no charge, even if there is a gap in employment/class enrollment.
In addition, some summer programs provide IDs for their students.
Departments may pay for a temporary employee's ID if it is required for building access.
What to bring
The following are required in order to receive a Creighton ID:
- Current photo ID (driver's license, high school ID, credit card) -- NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Staff Only: Employee Authorization Form from HR
- Students Only: (optional) class schedule
Non-Creighton Kiewit Fitness Center patrons wishing to receive membership cards should bring a copy of their receipt. A receipt is also required to replace lost KFC cards.
